- Hermes are our carrier of choice and our standard service is 48 hours. You will receive notification of your order being despatched and you can track your order at the link below.
- Three delivery attempts are made before your parcel is returned to us. A card will be left after each unsuccessful attempt, with instructions on how to get your parcel.
- We also offer a next day service. To qualify your order must be placed on or before 12pm, an additional payment on checkout will secure this service.
- Currently we do not despatch over weekends, so orders placed on Friday will not be with you until at least Monday. However, occasionally Hermes will deliver over the weekend, but they are not obliged to do so.
